It is required by law in the UK that information (name, address, occupation and date of appointment) of the company officers and shareholders are registered in the public files at Companies House.
We offer Nominee Director and Nominee Shareholder services for this purpose. The nominee’s name is filed with the Companies Registry so that anyone performing a company search would see the nominee’s name on the company records. The purpose of adopting a nominee is to preserve your anonymity or it could also be to add an officer where the legal compliance requires it.
However, it is important to understand that nominee services are for administration purposes only. The nominees have no control over the company, and we do not get involved in the management of the company. You will still need to perform the duties of running your company. Relevant contracts are signed to protect you, your company and the nominees.
